    If you run into any issues that cannot be resolved via support, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Contact our support team for assistance via the Contact page. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty Transfer

Valid only for the original purchaser—not transferable. Modifications or unauthorized resale void warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Triple Dee Electronics is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or functionality.

Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your controller, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it’s in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds will be issued after inspection.

Repair Policy

If your controller is defective and under warranty, we’ll provide a replacement or repair.

  • If not covered, you’ll receive community support, but must keep the controller as-is.
